The House - Exterior

The House is located in a small neighborhood with six houses, tree on each side of the street. The house is divided into three parts: one part is private, one part is the studio, and the villa includes the studio plus the three main rooms and their bathrooms, as well as the pool.

Bedrooms

The bedroom is located on the ground floor of the house and has direct access to the garden trough the small terrace. It has its own bathroom with a shower, a large built-in wardrobe, and is connected to the first floor by a staircase. The room is furnished with two single beds and a bunkbed.

Living and dining room with balcony

The living area is located on the upper floor, where the main entrance to the studio is also found. It features a seating area (with a pull-out sofa), an adjacent bathroom with a toilet, a kitchen, an indoor dining area, as well as an outdoor dining area on the balcony with direct access.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It includes a stovetop with four burners, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a filter coffee maker, and a washing machine. The kitchen is set up for 8 people.
