The House is divided into 3 parts: one part is private, one part is the studio with 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
The villa includes the studio plus the 3 main rooms and their bathrooms, as well as the pool.

Master Bedroom No. 1
The bedroom is for 2 people, and the two exterior windows open directly onto the pool deck. The room features a walk-in closet and a large bathroom with a shower. The room is connected to Room No.2 (orange) via a sliding door.
The bathroom is shared. This room is ideal for a family with two children.
Bedroom No. 2
The bedroom accommodates two people and also has direct access to the pool deck. The room features a walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom with a shower. It is connected to Bedroom No. 1 (beige) via a sliding door. The room includes a small desk.

Bedroom No. 3 with balcony and bathroom
The Bedroom accommodates two people and offers views of the garden and the sea. If you wake up early enough, you can enjoy spectacular sunrises as the sun rises over the sea. The room includes a large closet and a small office area. It also features a private terrace and an en-suite bahtroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet.
Bedroom No. 4 on the lower floor for 4 people with a bathroom and balcony
The bedroom is located on the lower floor with direct access to the garden, making it pleasantly cool during the summer. The room has two single beds, one bunk bed, a large mirrored closet, and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. A small private terrace directly in the garden invites you to relax.
Living area - Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop suitable for 4 pans, cooking utensils, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, and dishes, glasses, and cutlery for 8-10 people. It includes a cozy living area with a seating corner and a small table inviting you to relax. Direct access to the balcony, wich features a large dining table.
Dining Areas - Balcony and Interior
There are several dining areas: a small glass table next to the kitchen, a dining area on the large balcony (ideal for breakfast), and an indoor dining area with a square table for cooler or rainy days. Additionally, there's a lounge area by the pool, and a large outdoor dining table with a grill near the pool offering views of the golf and the open sea.
